USTA HITS program “Honesty*Inspiration*Teamwork*
Sportsmanship“. I love this program and have offered it three times since the USTA roll-out in September, 2014. Tennis can teach many great life lessons while on the court, but more important than the fundamentals of tennis, H.I.T.S. focuses on growing a child’s core values as well as the athlete. Click on the HITS tab above for updated information.
Thank you USTA for the court resurfacing grant. The Saviano Company completed the project on March 21, 2015. The transformation is amazing!
Thank you USTA NorCal and USTA National for the grant to paint U-10 and U-8 court lines on the newly resurfaced courts.
Thank you USTA for the diversity scholarship to go to the Tennis Development Workshop in Atlanta. I’m so grateful to bring back what I learned in Atlanta to my CV players.
Thank you Castro Valley Sports Foundation for the grant to upgrade the team’s equipment shed. This means that we can store our balls, ball baskets, ball tubes, hoops, cones, water coolers, and other equipment close to the courts. Wow!
